Aiken police caught three burglars in the act Monday morning inside a home at 334 Fairfield Street Northeast.
About 1 a.m. Monday (Sept. 24), Aiken police responded to a residential burglar alarm at that home and found a broken window to the residence and three subjects inside the home, according to a press release. Officers established a perimeter and ordered the subjects to exit the residence.
Three suspects were taken into custody: (from left) 22-year-old Dawayne Tavoris Nickerson of Aiken, 18-year-old Allen Thyshawn Johnson of Aiken, and 22-year-old Michael Fuller of Aiken. All three were charged with first-degree burglary. All three suspects are being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
