Aiken County authorities say the person whose body was found on Hamelin Road on Tuesday died from a gunshot wound, making it a homicide case.
The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Kevin M. Holder of Swansea, SC, according to Coroner Tim Carlton.
The circumstances of this death remain under investigation. The man’s body was found about 4 p.m. Tuesday.
