A Gamecocks fan was caught on camera brazenly picking out a $600 Dewalt Drill Combo Pack from the Martinez Lowe’s on March 7 and leaving the store without paying.
Authorities say the man may have been driving a Dodge Ram truck with a South Carolina tag.
The surveillance images are pretty good here since the man took 20 minutes to find just the right tools to steal.
