Gilmore was arrested by cops on Saturday as a deadbeat dad as well as receiving stolen goods and driving under suspension.

“While investigating a related matter, Gilmore’s cell phone revealed he was in possession of child pornography,” S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson stated in a press release.

That led to the four sex crimes. The Aiken County Sheriff’s Office, a member of the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, made the arrest.

The exploitation charges are felony offenses punishable by up to ten (10) years imprisonment on each count. Bond was set at $30,000.

Gilmore has a long history of criminal charges, including failure to pay child support, DUI, theft, probation violation and drug offenses.
