Cynthia – I am glad you’re out and he is still in. I hope all goes well for you. I know it would be inappropriate for you to comment but I cannot believe the cop making the arrest on or or the policy that would require them to do so. I wish more was left up to common sense, provided they possessed any. Any policy that requires a victim to be arrested is there solely for revenue enhancement.
