This guy was seen taking a cell phone April 14 from the counter at the Raceway gas station at 3303 Peach Orchard Road in Augusta.
He is described as a while male, dark mustache, light complexion, 25-45 years old, 5’9″-5’11” tall, slender, 160-175 pounds.
