Pokémon GO – A New Warning in Augusta

-

Playing Pokémon GO in Augusta? The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has a warning for you. Here it is:

“The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind people to be careful while playing the Pokémon game in the Augusta area. While no one has reported any incidents related to the game, our deputies have noticed a number of people playing the game over the past weekends in the downtown area and wandering into alleys and dark areas. We would like to caution the players to be safe, be aware of their surroundings, and to be careful while crossing streets.”

So, there you go. You’ve been warned!
