The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm, from a positive fingerprint identification, that Kevin Devonte Richardson turned himself in to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office in Elkhart, Indiana.
Richardson, pictured in an Indiana mugshot, is the last suspect that was wanted in the Riverwalk assault/robbery that critically injured Wesley Spires and seriously injured Ashley Solesbee on May 3.
