$800 Cash Stolen from Woman at Grovetown Cracker Barrel

-

These three people are being sought as “persons of interest” in the theft of $800 cash from a customer sitting near them at the Grovetown Cracker Barrel on May 20.

The victim said she was sitting at the restaurant with her purse hanging over her chair. She said these suspects sat down at the table near her chair and kept bumping her chair. She didn’t think too much about it until she noticed the money missing from the purse, a sheriff’s report says.

Oddly enough, this trio was only in the restaurant for 14 minutes and parked oddly in the lot: On the far side of the north parking lot. They back in in a black 4-door sedan.

Recognize them? Please call the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at 706-541-2800.
