Aiken County authorities arrested a North Augusta man on Monday on allegations that he inappropriately touched children.
Dwayne Lee Rudd, 40, of 743 Willow Lane, North Augusta, has been charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, according to an ACSO press release.
The Sheriff’s Office was contacted in reference to allegations that Rudd had inappropriately touched children. An investigation led to his arrest.
He remains behind bars at the Aiken County Jail.
