Another Evans party mom is in trouble.

This time, it’s Courtney West, a 41-year-old woman who threw an underage drinking party at her home Friday night, according to authorities.

When deputies got a noise complaint at 134 Preakness Drive just before midnight Friday, West and a bunch of underage drinkers ran out the back door, according to a sheriff’s report.

But that was OK. Officers stopped 18-year-old Jordan Carter and a second teen, who both smelled of alcohol and confessed to attending the drinkfest. Carter said he drank three or four beers in front of West, the homeowner and party host. And the teen said that the lady had ran out of the house with the rest of them when deputies knocked on the door.

Eventually, West returned home and apologized to officers. “She heard her doorbell ring and panicked,” the deputy said. “Courtney West said that she misread the situation and feared the worst for custody issues with her ex-husband.”

An investigation showed West hosted the party and provided the alcohol to the individuals. Cops counted even cars in the driveway when they got there.

West was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The juvenile was turned over to his parents with  juvenile complaint form for minor in possession of alcohol and unruly. Carter was cited for minor in possession of alcohol and driven home.

The party comes a month after another Evans mother made news worldwide for throwing a drunken, naked Twister party for her teen daughter and her friends. She got busted after telling an Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor, who ratted her out.  In that case, 35-year-old Rachel Lehnardt was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly providing alcohol and weed for the group of teens.
