The Richmond County Coroner’s Office is investigating the death of a body found in the woods on 3200 block of Deans Bridge Road.
The body has been there for several days, Coroner Mark Bowen said in a press release.
The body was transported to the GBI Lab for an autopsy and positive identification. The call came in about 11 a.m. Monday.
