This homeless man was found last month with a head injury on Broad Street and no one knows what happened to him.

The man, 52-year-old Richard Dougherty, is not expected to fully recover from his injuries, leaving Richmond County sheriff’s officials without answers. The victim was found at 5:40 a.m. May 10 on the 2000 block of Broad Street.
