This man used a debit card stolen in Augusta to make a transaction at the Security Federal Bank ATM in Graniteville on Sept. 27.
The picture’s small, but authorities describe the man as “a white male who appears to be in his mid to late 20’s, clean shaven with a receding hairline.”
