Circle K Assault Over Squatted Trucks Leads to Aiken Man’s Arrest

-

An Aiken man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with the assault on an 18-year-old in a Circle K parking lot.

Paul Osborn, 44, was charged with assault & battery of the third degree and breach of peace.

A viral video shows Osborn punching a teen around the gas pumps at a Circle K in Aiken. Witnesses say it may have started over his criticism of their squatted trucks.

One woman told local TV reporter that Osborn shouted insults at a group of teenagers over their trucks. That led to an argument and the alleged confrontation.

Osborn remained in the Aiken County jail on Saturday morning.
