Fight Over Drink Turns Violent at Logan’s Roadhouse in Augusta

-

A woman is wanted for turning a drink dispute into a violent assault at Logan’s Roadhouse in Augusta.

On Thursday, Richmond County authorities put out a wanted poster for 35-year-old Alicia Patrick. On Sunday, April 13, deputies responded to the restaurant on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway after a call about an irate customer. According to the report, Patrick became angry over an issue with her alcoholic drink. When asked to leave, she allegedly followed a staff member, shoulder-bumped her, and punched her in the face.

As Patrick fled the scene, another employee followed her to the parking lot to record her license plate. That’s when Patrick allegedly attempted to hit the employee with her vehicle before speeding off.

Later that evening, Patrick contacted deputies to claim her food was contaminated and said the confrontation was started by the staff. She denied striking anyone.

While no injuries were observed and no surveillance footage was immediately available, Patrick is now wanted for simple battery.

She is described as approximately 5’4” tall and 150 pounds. Authorities are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Investigator A. Syria at 706-821-1070, or any on-duty Violent Crimes Investigator at 706-821-1020 or 706-821-1080.
