A man wearing only a gray T-shirt stopped a 78-year-old woman last Sunday and showed her his genitals, asking her if she like it “hard or soft,” authorities said.
The woman, who was out walking her dog on Aiken’s Troon Way, recognized the man from a nearly identical incident, which occurred months earlier. This time, she was able to get his license plate number, the report said.

Benjamin Taylor Bilton, 20, of Aiken was arrested Thursday and charged with two counts of indecent exposure, according to the Aiken Department of Public Safety.
This isn’t the first time Biltmore’s first arrest for a sex crime.
In October 2014, he was busted at his job at Academy Sports for holding a cell phone camera under a dressing room door while a female customer tried on clothes, the report said.
He was charged with Peeping Tom in that incident.
He told officers he was “simply picking up a hat hook in the dressing room.”
