Anytime shoplifters, or employees, steal something, it hurts the honest consumer. It’s not only the cost of the products, but it’s the loss of the profit margins that are passed on to the consumers. It’s spread out on all of the products that consumers are buying.

When Walmart loses products to shoplifters, it’s called “shrink” by the company. While the shoplifting obviously affects the income of the store, it also impacts employees directly. Their three month bonuses, called “MyShare,”are cut.

  1. Huge irony in this photo. Remember back in the good old days before the world went insane? Criminals wore masks and honest people left their faces uncovered. Here we have a criminal without a mask while all the other people in the store are wearing masks.

A totally crazy, upside down world.
