This guy stole five TVs from the Bobby Jones Walmart on Thursday, authorities say.

Do you recognize him? The five TCL 43” televisions had a total value of $1,090.

If you can help, please contact the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office at 706-541-2800.

Anytime shoplifters, or employees, steal something, it hurts the honest consumer. It’s not only the cost of the products, but it’s the loss of the profit margins that are passed on to the consumers. It’s spread out on all of the products that consumers are buying.

When Walmart loses products to shoplifters, it’s called “shrink” by the company. While the shoplifting obviously affects the income of the store, it also impacts employees directly. Their three month bonuses, called “MyShare,”are cut.
