In Columbia County: Man says N-Word & Gets Punched!

-

Columbia County deputies arrested a drunk man last week after he got punched in the mouth for using the N-word, according to a sheriff’s report.

Justin Farr, 25, was tracked down by deputies after a fight was reported behind the Circle K store on Washington Road in Martinez. Farr was so drunk that he could barely stand. But he had blood running down his shirt and a bloody mouth.

Farr said he and his cousin were at Allie Katz and his cousin called a friend to come give them a ride home. Farr said he wanted to stop at Circle K and buy some cigarettes and he began arguing with his cousin’s friend, who is black.

From a sheriff’s report: “Farr admitted to me that he called his cousin’s friend who was driving them ‘a ni**er’ and was yelling at him. Farr stated that the black male got out of the vehicle and began fighting with him behind the Circle K.”

Farr admitted to the officer several times that he was wrong for using racial slurs and instigating an altercation, but he said that he did not hit the man back. The suspect confessed to drinking at Allie Katz, consuming two liquor shots and approximately 4 or 5 beers.

He was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
