In Thursday’s new episode of “Car One to Dispatch,” Sheriff Richard Roundtree shares graphic body-cam video after a rollover accident and the driver’s left arm lying in the road.

The Richmond County sheriff said he was highlighting the June 24 accident to show how the quick actions of a deputy and citizens helped save the man’s life.
“The injuries are graphic to the individual but the deputy with his quick thinking probably saved the individual’s life. And then also, the team work of the citizens at the scene who just stepped in and assisted officers and providing aid, and provided assistance and getting this guy extricated from the vehicle,” the sheriff said.
Sheriff Roundtree did not provide details on the accident location or condition of the driver. But the video shows the body-cam footage on Deputy Q. Cannon was taken June 24.
The sheriff’s latest YouTube episode also includes video of a traffic stop with the recovery of a gun and drugs.
