MUGSHOT: Augusta Mall Shoplifter who Pulled Gun when Cops Confronted Him

Here’s the guy who allegedly stole clothes from Dillard’s at Augusta Mall on Thursday afternoon and then tried to pull a revolver from his backpack when confronted by mall security and deputies.

A deputy tazered Carson Bolt and took him into custody while shoppers nearby stood by in shock.

Bolt, 51, was taken to the hospital for mouth injuries and transferred to the Richmond County Jail on charges of shoplifting, obstruction, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and weapons offense.
