“I responded to 119 Davis Rd in reference to reports of a shooting. While enroute deputies were advised that the white female shooter had gone and sat in a small blue passenger car. When I arrived on scene I located a blue Ford Focus with a white female in the driver’s seat. I ordered the occupant out of the car and took them into custody.
“The female, identified as Jshanine Barish, was placed in the rear of my patrol vehicle and in the presence of Dep. Beauford was read the Miranda Warning. Mrs. Barish stated that she understood her rights and wished to speak with me.
“I asked Mrs. Barish what happened and she stated that she met Robert Mcdonald in the parking lot of Mr. Mcdonald`s office building. Mrs. Barish stated that they went into the lobby of the office building where an argument ensued over a real estate property Mr . Mcdonald is the attorney for. Mrs. Barish stated that she pulled a handgun from her pocket in an attempt to intimidate Mr. Mcdonald at which point he rushed her and a struggle ensued over the firearm.
