Riverwalk Suspect Surrenders in Rural Indiana

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office was able to confirm, from a positive fingerprint identification, that Kevin Devonte Richardson turned himself in to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office in Elkhart, Indiana.

Richardson, pictured in an Indiana mugshot, is the last suspect that was wanted in the Riverwalk assault/robbery that critically injured Wesley Spires and seriously injured Ashley Solesbee on May 3.

Already in custody: Robey Moses.

Take both of those idiots handcuff them to the same bench on the riverwalk and take a bat to their tough asses.What a man had to run all the way to Indiana to turn himself in.These guys got to be dope fiends
