An Aiken man was arrested Monday for allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography from his home on Old Friar Road.
Tracy Lee Smith, 61, was charged with 25 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to jail records. He has already been released on bond.
Arrest warrants spell out the graphic details of the videos found on a thumb drive on the suspect’s Aiken home. They describe young girls of all ages who appear nude. Some are engaged in graphic sex acts with other children and sometimes adults. Other videos simply show the girl’s nude in various scenes, such as on a trampoline, posing on a sandy area, or holding a cat in the woods.
Warrants say Smith possessed the videos “knowingly and willingly” and also participated in distributing them. The case was investigated by the S.C. Attorney General’s Office.
