Where is 17-year-old Jamel Olajuwon Boyd?
The Augusta teenager is being sought as a “person of interest” in Saturday night’s shooting of 39-year-old Julion Tyrone Hamilton.
At 8:45 p.m. Saturday, Richmond County deputies answered a call to Walker Street and Sibley Street in regards to an injured person. They found Hamilton with gunshot wounds to the leg and the stomach. The victim was transported to GRU for non-life threatening injuries, sheriff’s Sgt. Shane McDaniel Sr. said in a press release.
