Augusta Victim is Killed in 3 A.M. Shooting in Home on Vanderbilt Circle

An Augusta man was fatally shot early Saturday inside a home on Vanderbilt Circle, around the corner from Pendleton King Park.

Nakendrick Dewayne Glover, 29, who lives six miles away from the home on Amsterdam Drive, was shot at least one time inside the residence at 115 Vanderbilt Circle, Coroner Mark Bowen said. Glover was pronounced dead at 3:45 a.m., and an autopsy has been scheduled.

The sheriff’s office has not released any information on what led to the shootings or possible suspects. Stay tuned…
