Here is a partial surveillance video sent Tuesday to The Jail Report that allegedly shows the gunfire Dec. 17 at Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Augusta.
As we reported earlier, three employees of the restaurant were fired upon by a man in the parking lot.
In our earlier story – available by clicking here – we published the 911 calls made by one of the victims and the suspect.
Timothy Ryan Ashmore, 28, was eventually charged with three counts of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and weapon possession.
