From RCSO: “On October 25, 2022, Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Deputies located Tyler Jones and De Asia Payne. After being interviewed by Investigators, Jones was arrested for Aggravated Assault. Jones admitted to shooting at Payne’s vehicle, Payne was not arrested as she was found to be a victim in this incident, her vehicle was shot more than once, when the business was shot.
UPDATE: The two suspects in the Captain D’s gunfire have been located, authorities said Tuesday afternoon.

Richmond County authorities are seeking two suspects for allegedly shooting into the Captain D’s restaurant Monday night while several employees were inside.
No one was hurt, but authorities need your help in finding the male shooter and his female accomplice.
Tyler Aaron Jones, 19, and De Asia Shauntray Payne, 20, are both wanted for aggravated assault for the gunfire at the Wrightsboro Road restaurant around 9 p.m. Monday.
“Employees notified deputies that a male subject fired a gun into the building several times from the parking lot,” sheriff’s Sgt. William McCarty said. “There were several employees inside the building but fortunately no one was struck by the gunfire. The suspect left the scene in a vehicle being driven by a female.”
Jones is wanted should be considered armed and dangerous. He was last seen traveling in a brown/gold Honda Accord (Ga/Tag# TGQ3114).
