Augusta Man Thinks He is Meeting Woman for Date; He Gets Jumped Instead

   Authorities have arrested at least two men who allegedly jumped a man on a recent Friday night when he arrived for a date with a woman on Blum Street in Allen Homes.

   Robert Foreman, 17, and Herman Wynn, 22, both of Augusta, have been charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault. Foreman was also charged with weapon possession.

   The 40-year-old victim said he met a woman while she worked at Dollar General and arranged a date with her Friday night (March 27). She said she would leave her back door open.
