This jerk took a woman’s cell phone that was sitting on top of an ATM machine at the Evans Walmart on April 29th.
The victim is a customer service manager for Walmart and she had placed her $250 Samsung Galaxy phone there before it was taken, authorities say. She was able to obtain these surveillance images of the suspect and pass them to law enforcement.
