Here’s the Hephzibah guy caught with 70 marijuana plants and 20 pounds of dried marijuana at his house on Thursday, police say.

Someone snitched on 64-year-old Robert Ray Fultz of 3809 Fairington Drive in Hephzibah. Now he’s been charged with manufacturing marijuana, trafficking marijuana near a school zone (Deer Chase Elementary School) and weapon possession.

He’s being held without bond at the Richmond County Jail.
