A New Ellenton man was found shot to death Thursday night, authorities said.
Rakeem Jackson, 20 (pictured), was found dead in a vehicle next to a woodline at Valley Avenue and Shady Lane in New Ellenton shortly before 11 p.m., Chief Deputy Coroner Darryl M. Ables said in a press release. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
No suspects have been announced.
